Calculating Shipping Costs:

The estimate you receive includes a flat rate fee of $6.95 to cover the cost of packaging materials and handling. Combined shipping is available. If you win multiple items, the combined shipping rule is: the actual cost of shipping the combined items together plus the handling charges from each auction.

Shipping Method:
We ship VIA UPS Only and are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide your physical address in order to receive your item promptly.

Shipping Speed:
We ship most orders within 1-2 weekdays after payment is received. Payments made by Personal Check will ship 14 days from receipt of the payment to ensure the check clears our bank.

Insurance:
Insurance is required on all auctions over $100.00. Insurance is included for the first $100 of items shipped via UPS. Although we package items carefully, we can not be responsible for damage caused during shipment if you do not choose to insure the package.

Shipment Tracking:
We will e-mail you the tracking number for your shipment immediately upon shipment. You will be able to track the arrival of your shipment via the UPS website.

Local Pickups:
Orders may be pickup during our normal business hours. Items must be paid for in advance and within 7 days of the auction ending. Contact Us at trading@ezAuctioning.com to schedule your pickup. All local pickups are subject to VA Sales Tax of 5%. There is a $6.95 handling fee on this item for in-store pickups.

Required Check Out:
All winning bidders must choose the Pay Now button to either pay via PayPal or to submit your shipping address and notification of payment method. All winning bidders will receive an Invoice via email. Payment or payment notification must be made within 7 days of the auction close. Unpaid auctions will be forfeited after 14 days and a non-payment notice will be filed with eBay and appropriate feedback submitted. Please include your Auction number and mailing address in all forms of payment.

Sales Tax:
All bidders from VA will be charged 5% sales tax.
