• Payment: We prefer Paypal payment. We also accept Money Orders or Certified Checks. Money Orders/Certified Checks will take an extra 5 business days to process. Direct credit card payments are not accepted. We only accept Paypal buyer credit. No personal checks accepted.
• Shipping: Shipping is via UPS only. We can not ship to APO/FPOs or PO Boxes. Refer to the flat shipping rates stated in the listings. Shipping insurance is optional on all orders. HI, GU, PR and AK please e-mail for rates before ordering. We can supply UPS tracking information upon e-mail request only.
• International Shipments: Duty fees/import tax may apply. We are not aware of what these charges may be or responsible for them. Please contact UPS international for further information. We reserve the right to charge actual UPS shipping rates in the event that the flat rate does not cover shipping costs. To avoid fraud there will be no shipping to: Brazil, Turkey, Spain, Bulgaria, Croatia, Indonesia, Russia, Nigeria, Malaysia or Hungary. Buying from these countries will result in an unpaid item strike.
• Returns: Returns are accepted only when the item arrives not as described in the listing. We must be made aware of misrepresented item within 5 business days of delivery. We will need an e-mail address provided to send a UPS return shipping tag for the item. Please let us know if a replacement or refund is desired. Refund or replacement given upon our receipt of ALL original items and packaging.
• Damaged Items: Please notify us of damaged items within 5 business days of delivery. Provide description and or photos of all damaged goods along with your phone number for UPS. We will immediately file a UPS claim for the item. Refund or replacement given upon receipt of returned item.
