Post regular mail. Shipping and handling is $2 to Canada, $3.50 USA and $4.50 to Europe, Australia

We ship all orders usually within 48 hrs of payment receipt. We ship all orders to the
name and address listed on Paypal payment. Request for a shipment to a different address
will be honored as long as the new address is clearly provided at the time of payment.
Items are shipped via Canada Post regular mail, therefore there is no tracking #. If
you want a tracking # we can accommodate that at an extra cost as a registered mail is
significantly more expensive.
Upon processing and shippment of your product we will leave a feedback, which is a
way of letting you know your product has shipped.
We will not answer any emails asking if and when your product has shipped, as your
feedback will reflect shipping status (feedback date = shipping date).
Due to overwhelming emails, and limited access to the computer during the day, we will
not answer any e-mails without the clearly stated auction item #. Please include auction #
with ALL CORRESPONDENCE. Same goes for any other questions.
US buyers should be aware that with the new US security measures it is not uncommon
for a mail to get stuck and/or delayed in customs.
If you do not receive your order within a reasonable timeframe counting from the day of
payment (not the day of purchase), please contact us with an auction number, date of
payment, and the name on Paypal payment.
