If you underpay on shipping, your payment will be refunded and you will be sent a new invoice with correct shipping. If you are not sure how much to pay for shipping, request a total from me before you pay.

Once we receive delivery confirmation, we CANNOT replace an item a buyer claims they did not receive.

Combining purchases You may combine any items purchased within 15 days to save on shipping as long as the items are paid for together. Simply request a total from me when you are ready. Communication PLEASE do not contact me through my personal e-mail. Contact me through E-bay, since I don't always check my e-mail. As I run an Animal Rescue, I am always short handed. Please do not think I am ignoring you if I don't send confirmation e-mails or tracking numbers. If you need information, please just ask.  Insurance I normally ship USPS. Insurance is optional. If you DO NOT buy insurance, you are on your own! I will not reimburse you for broken merchandise out of my own pocket!  Sometimes I ship FedEx, and they do offer their own insurance, but I have never had success filing a claim with them, and it can take months to resolve, so I will not file a claim with FedEx. I am telling you in advance, do not count on FedEx for insurance. Returns & Melted Candles All sales are final...but if you are really unhappy, we'll work something out.  I will not refund you for a melted candle. I am stating this in advance. If you order a candle during the summer, there is a chance it will arrive melted. If you do not want to take a risk that this might happen, do not bid on these auctions.  I also will not refund you for a candle that you feel doesn't smell strong enough, or doesn't smell right.
