• All tickets are for Main Level Section 209, Row 6.  Two tickets per game.

• All tickets are in mint condition.  None are torn, creased or bent.  All regular season tickets are fully attached to the booklet. 

• The postseason ticket sheets are uncut and in perfect condition.  They have been in safe storage since receipt.

• None of these tickets have been brought to the stadium.  They have not left my home since I received them.

• The front cover of the full season ticket booklet has two scratches, bottom center, as visible in the photos.

• This auction listing is starting prior to the completion of the World Series.  If the series goes beyond Game 5, the tickets for Game 6 and Game 7 are not valid for admission to the stadium.  The bar codes have been electronically invalidated.

• The ticket booklet includes unused coupons for One Official 2009 Yankees Yearbook and One Limited Edition Inaugural Season Commemorative Pin.  These coupons have not been used.  There is no expiration date printed on the coupons, however, the seller cannot guarantee that these coupons are still valid to be redeemed at Yankee Stadium.

Additional info added after the Yankees won Game 6 to become 2009 World Champions...

This auction includes two uncut, mint condition, tickets to the final Game 6 of the 2009 World Series - the game the Yankees won for their first World Championship at the New Yankee Stadium.  Also included are two tickets to the unplayed Game 7 of the World Series. 

Each uncut sheet of postseason tickets includes all potential Yankee Stadium home games for the Division Series, Championship Series and World Series for the 2009 World Champions.  Two such sheets are included - one for each seat in the pair.

This auction is for an extremely rare set of memorabilia from the World Champion Yankees' first season in the new ballpark.  None of the tickets are missing, cut, torn, bent, folded, creased or mutilated in any way.  The season ticket booklet is complete, including all original coupons, etc.  The postseason ticket sheets are whole.  Each sheet is folded in half on a perforation, as it was produced and shipped from the New York Yankees ticket printer.  The postseason ticket sheets could be framed for display or placed in a safe deposit box as a valuable investment.
