Shipping Details:
We combine shipping for purchase of multiple items.
All orders are shipped via UPS.    USPS is not available, unless otherwise stated in description of item.  Shipping charges are non-negotiable, and are the buyer’s responsibility.  Remember to provide a physical street address, not a P.O. Box.  It is also suggested to include a daytime telephone number in case of questions and/or problems, especially when buyer selects UPS 2^nd Day Air or UPS 3 Day Select shipping services.
Item usually ships within 1-2 business days after the Paypal payment posts. Please note that payments may take up to 5 business days to clear.  In the event that buyer chooses an expedited shipping method, we recommend that the buyer calls to confirm completed payment transaction.  Also, inputting a daytime telephone number during checkout allows for complete communication during the sale.

At our facility, USPS shipping is not available, except when otherwise declared in the description of item. 

Yellowstone Harley-Davidson does not set the rates to ship via UPS.  Shipping rates are calculated by UPS and are dependant upon shipping destination and weight of item (entered by Yellowstone Harley-Davidson when listing item). 

International shoppers are responsible for all fees, customs, duties & taxes associated with purchase.  These costs vary and we can not attempt to quote these for you.  We will not declare your order as a gift to you or declare a lower price on the item(s) you purchase as we are a commercial business and this is against the law.  All packages will be marked as a ‘Sale’ item.

Upon shipping your purchase, we will send a confirmation email that contains the UPS tracking number.  With that information, buyers can go to www.ups.com to track packages.

Payment Details:
Yellowstone Harley-Davidson accepts Paypal and Money Orders only. No personal checks.  We expect payment within 10 days.  All payments must include auction number, email address and physical mailing address.  A daytime telephone number is recommended.  Please note that payments may take up to 5 business days to clear.    

Return Policy Details:
All sales are final. 
If buyer thinks that the description of the item does not match the item's true condition, we will make arrangements for a return for U.S. & Canadian shoppers only.  Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges in the event of a returned item (including all costs associated with original purchase as well as returning item, which encompasses all eBay final selling fees and Paypal fees).
