We will not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages shipped using USPS First-Class Mail International (no tracking and insurance available). We strongly urge our international clients to use USPS Priority Mail International as it is a much more reliable shipping option. Tracking and Insurance are available for Priority Mail International.
On the rare occasion that a package is lost in transit (Priority Mail International shipping option), we reserve the right to wait up to 30 days from the date of the inquiry to let USPS investigate and determine if the package is actually lost.   CuffLinksMan wil not hold the purchaser’s funds any longer than necessary.  However, we need to follow proper postal procedures to determine if the package was stolen or lost.  We will refund the entire purchase price* unless proof or delivery can be obtained (i.e. the package was delivered.) Money for lost packages will not be refunded unless the above procedure is followed*, and it is understood that CuffLinksMan has fulfilled their obligation once the package has been shipped from our premises.
