You Pick Place & Time: Condo/Timeshare Week Vacation

NOTE: Please read carefully! This is a timeshare unit.

You are bidding on a banked week (not points) for RCI. This means you can take a vacation at any of RCI's fully furnished available timeshare condos. Our unit is a Red week - most desired timing. We have traded for Gold Crown resorts; 2 and 3 bedroom units as well. We have stayed in the Massanutten area of Virginia; Branson, MO; Cape Cod, MA; Stowe, VT. We have also traded a week for a week long cruise. We have given and sold guest certificates previously - buyers/guests of ours have stayed at resorts in Rhode Island, Orange Lake FLA, and other places. The unit we are selling in this auction has been banked for some period of time so it has good trading power; it does have 1 year left such that you will need to reserve a resort and use this certificate before 10/28/2010.

You can reserve a studio, 1-bedroom, or 2-bedroom unit with full or partial kitchens with a sink, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, and sufficient pots and pans, plates, glasses, and tableware to serve the number of occupants (full kitchens also have a stove and dishwasher). Some units have 1 or more bathrooms. Units can sleep up to 8 people. Type of unit depends on availability. Bath towels, hand towels and wash clothes, paper towels, toilet tissue, soaps and detergents, and other consumable supplies will be furnished by the resort.

As a resort guest you will have access to all of the fine amenities available at the resort you choose. Typically, you will be able to check into the unit after 4 PM on the first date listed and you will be expected to check out of the unit before 10 AM on the last date listed. Usually, no pets are allowed. Most resorts require a $100 security/key/telephone deposit required at check in (winning bidder on this auction is responsible for this at the time of check-in to the resort). A credit card imprint or cash is widely accepted. This deposit is returned if there are no charges against the unit. One adult occupant must be 21 years old with major credit card.  EBay Seller is not responsible for fees charged by the resort such as beach service, occupancy tax, or other incidentals; nor for costs such as meals, travel, etc.... 

Select a beach resort, a ski resort, an attraction area (Las Vegas, Disney, etc.) - anywhere in the world. This auction is for ONLY the week of lodging - no air fare, car rental or other items are included. If you are the successful bidder, as soon as we receive your payment, we will request a Guest Certificate/Reservation Confirmation for the available resort and week that you chose. Guest Certificate/Resort Confirmation is issued in your name and is mailed shortly after the close of the auction to you.

You will NOT be required to attend a timeshare presentation or tour the property you reserve.

We are willing to check availability of units for you prior to this auction ending. Please email us with the location, dates and size(s) of unit you are looking to reserve.

We are not an actual travel agent nor are we travel providers.  We are the owners of a WEEK timeshare which has been banked.  We are not Points owners. We must also post this eBay disclaimer (copied verbatim):
