Zambian notes are well renown for their beauty and interesting designs and color especially the notes featuring the Fish Eagle. Imagine how beautiful and special one of these notes would be in the Polymer version. As you hopefully know polymer notes are special not only because of their unusual features, but also because of their feel. The front of this note has outstanding coloration and features a beautiful “Fish Eagle” (A bird with excellent vision and swift reaction that symbolizes the country’s focus on economic growth and its’ ability to rise above all challenges) The middle front of the notes shows a Baobab tree (which can grow up to 25 meters tall and live for several thousand years) The back of the notes feature on the right the “Freedom Statue” in the center it features “farming” on the left is what I believe is an “Aardvark” (not certain though). {Interesting note: Kwacha means “dawn” in the Chibemba language, signifying the “dawn” of freedom. {Note collecting is not only fun, but can be educational as well – what a great way for children, and adults, to learn History, Culture and Geography} This note also has one of my favorite features that are on all the polymer notes I own, that being a clear see through shape (window). This note is uncirculated. (Note: I do my best to give as much information as possible about each note. However, this information can not be guaranteed as accurate, although I do my best to research and confirm information)

GRADING INFORMATION

UNCIRCULATED: (UNC) A perfectly preserved note, never mishandled by the issuing authority, a bank teller, the public or a collector. Paper is clean and firm, without discoloration. Corners are sharp and square, without any evidence of rounding. An uncirculated note will have its original, natural sheen.

NOTE: Some note issues are most often available with slight evidence of very light counting folds that do not "break" the paper. Also French-printed notes usually have a slight ripple in the paper. Many collectors and dealers refer to such notes as aUNC.

ABOUT UNCIRCULATED: (aUNC) A virtually perfect note, with some minor handling. May show very slight evidence of bank counting folds at a corner or one light fold through the center, but not both. An aUNC note cannot be creased, a crease being a hard fold that has usually "broken" the surface of the note. Paper is clean and bright with original sheen. Corners are not rounded.
