You are about to purchase one of the highest quality Mascot Costumes designed      and produced in the United States.  Uniquely designed, manufactured, and hand painted by Skilled artisans.   All mascot heads are constructed with semi-rigid foam sandwiched between two layers of natural latex. This design allows for flexibility, superior durability and detail unmatched by rigid construction mascots out in the market place today and prevents against breakage should it be accidentally dropped.  Your head is NOT strapped into these heads, like many others in the market.  Your head is free to move inside the mascot head.    The Mascot head rests on the shoulders to prevent neck strain and has straps that    you put your arms through for added support.   Additionally, extensive research has gone into the design to provide the best vision, ventilation, and comfort possible. Vision on most mascots is usually through the eyes, though some mascots have vision through the mouth either exclusively (depending on the costume) or in the mouth and eyes together.  The eyes are screened and allow you to see without being seen.    Your mascot will include a Product Care instruction sheet that when followed will provide years of continued life & enjoyment.

  PAYMENT & SHIPPING TERMS  

PAYMENT Payment is to be received within 7 days of auctions close.  An E-MAIL MUST be received within 3 days from close of auction to notify the seller with payment plans, if not paying immediately upon close of auction.   A NON-PAYING BIDDER form will be filed after 7 days if no communication or payment is received from the buyer.  If there is no response to the ebay notice after 7 days, the non-paying bidder form will be finalized and a strike will be placed against your account by ebay.  Appropriate feedback will follow. There are NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES or REFUNDS on any of these once an order is placed.   FOR DOMESTIC PURCHASES: Payment through Paypal is preferred. Will accept     Money Order, Cashiers Check, Personal Check or Business Check.  Personal checks,     once received must clear bank (usually 7-10 business days) before an order will be placed.   I also have a Virtual Terminal-Merchant Account, that can accommodate payment with your Visa, MC or AE if buyer does not have or want to set up a Paypal account. SHIPPING DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Buyer to pay for shipping and handling within  the Continental United States. These Mascots are shipped UPS  (United Parcel Service) ONLY.   UPS can NOT ship to P.O. BOXES - must have full street address.  Expedited shipping available. If shipping method is not listed or if you need a special shipping request, please e-mail Seller BEFORE purchase.    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International shipping rates differ from US rates, so INTERNATIONAL BUYERS MUST ask for a SHIPPING QUOTE  prior to purchase or bidding.  This way there will be no misunderstanding or problems after  the purchase.  These Mascots are shipped through FED-EX (Priority or Expedited). For International Shipping quotes,  I need your Country & City Name & Postal Code. For orders placed, phone # is required for Customs Form.   Shipping & Insurance charge paid, do NOT include duties and/or customs fees, brokerage and/or any miscellaneous fees which occur upon delivery in your country, those charges are the SOLE responsibility of the BUYER. The Seller is NOT responsible for any/or all of those charges  under any circumstance.  That includes returns or breakage.  I also have no idea how much these fees run. Since these costumes are custom made and ordered direct from the manufacturer, they are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Production time for each order is apprx. 2-3 weeks, not including shipping time. There are NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES or REFUNDS on any  of these once an order is placed.   RUSH ORDERS:  Rush orders May be available and have to be approved by the manufacturer BEFORE purchase.
