ZEPPELINFLIEGER LUFTWAFFE GERMAN AIR FORCE REISSUE GLASSUTTE 45mm 1943. Limited to 100 pieces world wide, available while they last. This watch is a remarkable reissue of this famous WWII German Air Force LUFTWAFFE wristwatch. All specifications comform to the original wartime watch. Super Jumbo 45mm in diameter without the crown and 52mm in height. The movement is a pocket watch movement 40mm in diameter. This is an authentic reissue of a watch order by the German Army in 1943. Enclosed is a copy of the original order. This watch is a 17 jewel pocket watch movement. The dial is a modification of the original design with a logo of the German Army Air Force and the word "ZEPPELINFLIEGER" (Air Ship Pilot). Reversed 55 minute inner indication numbers on the dial are so that the pilot could read the time in the reflection on the cockpit glass in the event that he was too busy to move his hand up to his face. Severly limited to under 100 pieces produced. Military pack shipped with a 180 day warrrantee. The final assembly is in the U.S.A. Clean, running and warranteed 180 days. THIS IS A FINE COLLECTIBLE. DON'T INVEST IN THE STOCK MARKET. BUY SOMETHING PROVEN IN TIME.

DIAL: Black non-reflective military dial signed "W-ZZ" (Wermacht SS) and "ZEPPELINFLIEGER" under the post. Mint dial.

MOVEMENT: 40mm diameter 17 jewel 30 hour winding movement 3/4 plate nickel, pendent set, all pressed in red ruby jewel settings unsigned.

CASE: Pocket watch size case, equilivant to 45mm without the crown or equal to an American 12 size. Screw back exposition all stainless for easy viewing of this beautiful movement. Satin finished surfaces and non-reflective. The Bezel is marked: "GLASHUTTE FABRIK" and "17 RUBIN JUWEL". Military pack box marked: "ZEPPELINFLIEGER" with copy of the original document. Extra large 22mm black nylon military strap with stainless buckle marked: "AERO CHRONO".
