After winning an item in auction or completing a Buy-It-Now purchase, you have two check-out options: Check-Out Now! Click on the Check-Out button at the top of this page or click here to immediately proceed with the checkout and payment process. You will be able to complete your payment and finalize your purchase without waiting for the winning bidder email confirmation. Check-Out Later: Within 3 hours of the end of the auction, you will be notified via email that you are the winning bidder. There is no need to contact us to arrange payment. Our email will contain a link to our checkout site where you will be able to pay for your item. Checkout must be completed within 7 days of the end of the auction.

Uptownsole accepts direct payments using our secure checkout center. We accept Paypal, Master Card, Visa, Amex, Discover, and Money Orders. All funds must be in US currency and please no checks personal or business.

Shipping Policy Orders are processed in the order which they are received by our shipping department. Shipping occurs Monday through Friday, excluding all holidays. Usually your order is shipped the next business day after we receive payment, but will always be processed within 2 business days. All merchandise is shipped via FedEx. We will not ship to a PO Box, as FedEx will only deliver to a physical street address. We ship all items from North Carolina, and you can check on shipping times by visiting www.FedEx.com, and entering our zip code (27705). All FedEx deliveries include insurance coverage up to t$100. Additional insurance is available during checkout. When your item has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. We offer expedited shipping options for your convenience. You can upgrade your shipping to FedEx 2 Day or FedEx Standard Overnight. Standard Overnight shipments will be delivered by the next business day after your merchandise ships, and 2-Day shipments will be delivered in two business days after shipment. Weekends are not counted as business days. APO/FPO shipments will be made via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow ample time for delivery. To take advantage of the combined shipping rate, you must pay for all of the items at one time after they have been combined on one invoice. This will happen automatically for all transactions using the same marketplace ID or email address. If you have won multiple items and they are not combined on one invoice, please e-mail our company or give us a call. **If you pay for each item separately, the items will not ship together and you will not be offered a combined shipping rate. International Shipping: We use FedEx Priority International shipping, so you will not be responsible for brokerage fees. You are responsible for all Taxes and Duties upon delivery We cannot mark your shipment as a “gift”, as this is illegal. Your invoice value will always be equal to your merchandise total. We are not able to ship to Brazil, Turkey, Greece, Mexico, Romania, Poland, Isreal and the entire Middle East. **International shipments are double checked to ensure that the correct merchandise is shipped – we do not accept returns on International shipments.

Once the item arrives we will process your return for the full purchase price minus the $10 restocking fee. The original shipping paid will not be refunded. For exchanges we will waive the restocking fee, but the customer is still responsible for shipping the item back to us, and paying the additional shipping for us to send the replacement
