You are bidding on a Zero Image Multi Format Pinhole Camera made in July of 2002 and used for a camera story in Shutterbug Magazine (read it at http://www.shutterbug.net/features/0205lookma/index.html).
Beautifully made, the camera has one cosmetic flaw: the thin varnish over the exotic wood did not stick! However, a few minutes removing the screws and then some time refinishing the wood will give you a great looking camera. Or use it as-is and don't worry about it!
The removable panels allow you to select negative sizes from 6x9 to 6x4.5. There are ruby windows for each as well as an exposure calculator. The pinhole has been calibrated to match the film plane.
This camera is assembled with incredible precision. There are no cloth baffles, just wood-on-wood, yet it is light tight. Fully blackened on the inside to prevent flare.
Comes with original box. certificate of authenticity and manual. The photo shown was taken with this camera and appeared in the magazine.
Great fun and capable of outstanding images. I wish I had more time to use it!
Shipping to USA 11.25. Overseas will be at least twice that amount.
Guaranteed not dead on arrival, otherwise sold as is. Please ask any questions and if you win the bid, send me some shots you take! ;)
