NOTE:....this switch is brand new but the box got wet so it is not pristine HOWEVER, the switch is Brand new in soiled box, Zinwell 4x8 switch, compatible with DIRECTV dish antenna and all DIRECTV Satellite receivers.  Included in box  is the adapter module and instructions as shown in the 2nd picture.  Please send any questions and I will do my best to reply though I am not a tv tech.
