Install of Fast Zirconium Dioxide Milling Instrument
1. Opens the packing to take out the zirconium DisoxideMilling Insreument, places it on the work table.
2. Check the box of spare parts is consistent with the packing list.
3. Open the power control box, connect micro-motor power supply, pedal board power supply and main power cord.
4. Connect the lighting fixtures and lighting installations jack plug
5. Connect the power cord and power socket
6. Connect the pedal pedal jack cable
7. Connect the trachea and the outlet port of controler
8. Connect the air compressor and control box tracheal pressure gas input port
9. To the two endotracheal of pneumatic pedal, respectively foot 1 foot 2 ports and port of control the chassis
10. Connect the micro-motor cable with the corresponding port
11. Dial the main switch to the position “I”.
12. Select a device operating speed, recommend peed of 20000 rev / min
Operation Steps:
1. Through the main switch to open the device
2. Fix the resinic Crowns to resin plate to use adhesive and glue curing agent
Then rotate screws through using wrench to fix resin plate on the pallets Pallet Stand
3. Place Zirconia ceramic blocks in a suitable porcelain blank scaffolds, and adjust porcelain pieces to the correct position, and then fix it by wrench to rotate the screw
4. Put Into a suitable grinding machine needles. with the use of navigation to find the correct location of the porcelain block. In the grinding process, the navigation bur and the reference model can not be contacted, or at least maintain a distance of 1mm
5. Use glue and glue curing agent to fix the porcelain pieceswhich have been positioned.
6. Began to grind the crown. First use of coarse grinding needle tol grind,then change to the most detailed car needle progressively.
7. The completion of grinding. Use cut pieces to separate the completed grinding crown / bridge and other parts of zircon porcelain block.
