Brilliant design! Very popular breast pocket butterfly-fold readers with telescoping temples. Measures 5" from temple to temple and 1-1/8" high when open. Optician-quality 48mm x 25mm aspheric non-distortion lenses.
 
Folds almost flat to fit a  4-1/4" x 3" protective leatherette pouch with an extra pocket where you'll find a diagram for unfolding your new readers.
