Return Policy
1) 14 day replacement warranty on DOA (Dead On Arrival) parts only.
2) No warranty on compatibility issues; will charge 20% restock fee for returns that test as working.
3) All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
4) Shipping and handling charges are not refundable; Returned item must be in original condition to qualify for replacement.

All laptop part serial numbers are recorded before shipment. Each item is photographed in high resolution to record condition of item. If you return an item in a condition other than what it was in when we shipped it, it will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. Please keep in mind that we are not liable for any issues you may have in installing or replacing componants on your laptop. These are used items and we will be happy to refund or replace an item that is defective on arrival. If you break it by mishandling or installing it improperly, that is your responsibility.
