I'm selling some of my succesful websites because my fiance wants me to. She doesn't like me being surrounded by beautiful nude girls  every week. The websites have been adult websites although they could be used for whatever you wish.
With a little extra effort you could easily make $10,000 a month. Advice -  If there is any portion you need help with such as designing the site, locating and hiring models, purchasing content, getting free content, webhosting, advertising.
