Here is a very old 20th century electric resistance heater that still works it is befor the patent was registered. the original tag reads " Favorite electric heater GLOBAR reg. U.S. pat. off. Heating element NO.D-80 mfg'd. for THE CARBORUNDUM COMPANY Niagra falls N.Y. U.S.A.wats 660- patent applied for- 110 volts This appliance for lamp socket connection". I have seen these in a green color but this one has ben Japanned in a brass and copper color alot of it has burned or wore off but you can still see it. it is made of cast iron and tin it has it's original cord and i think it's original element that still works. A pretty cool piece of history. please ask questions before bidding and good luck
