c 1920 CHINESE REPUBLIC SGRAFFITO BOWL w HP LANDSCAPE S

Offered is a beautiful FAMILLE ROSE CHINESE REPUBLIC PERIOD (1917-1949) FOOTED PORCELAIN BOWL with SGRAFFITO under a POWDER PINK GROUND with ogee medallion shaped hand painted polychrome enamel landscape panels. There are also hand painted enamel flower sprigs scattered on the pink ground. This bowl is in the style of the K'ang-H'si period (1662-1722) but was likely made during the first half of the 20^th Century. There is a red stamp on the base with four characters.  The bowl measures 2 ¼" high x 4 ½" across the top and it is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. A beautiful piece!
