Joe Jeannette postcard has Joe Jeannette NEWARK, N. J. lettering printed on the front.
The oatmeal colored back has information about the fighter, his record (1915), a place to affix a stamp (ONE CENT STAMP HERE), and an address space.
JOE JEANNETTE
One of the "Big Four" of colored boxers and one of the best. Jeannette was born in 1881; height, 5 feet 10 inches; weight, 190 poinds; color, black. He met the best men of his class and also many white stars. Jeannette boxed Carpentier in France in 1915 and won after 15 rounds of hard battling.

The Exhibit Supply Company is in very good condition, considering that it is 87 years old.
It has no folds or creases, and the photo image is clear. It does have minor wear on the corners and sides, several white spots and two blue spots on the front. It measures 5 3/8" by 3 3/8."
This card will be inserted between two pieces of cardboard, and placed in a protective envelope for safe and secure shipping.
