Shipping We generally take about 3 business days to deliver your package to the Post Office. We use only new, clean shipping materials and ship all items first class through the USPS.

Customs International buyers are responsible for all customs fees and tariffs charged by your government.

Lost Packages We cannot be responsible for your package once we drop it at the Post Office. If you are concerned about the item getting lost in the mail, please purchase insurance.

Simple Insurance Insurance is reasonably priced and available to all customers, both international and domestic. We file the claim on your behalf; you need only provide a signed letter stating that your package has been lost.

Payment All payments must be made via Paypal in US dollars, no checks or money orders accepted.

Refunds Please contact us if you're dissatisfied with your purchase. Return the item within 7 days and we’ll gladly refund the purchase price of the item via Paypal (refund will not cover your shipping charges).
