We accept PAYPAL and Visa/Mastercard/DiscoverA refund will be authorized if an item we've listed has been grossly misrepresented or if an item has been damaged in shipping and the item has been insured by the buyer and the claim has been approved by the insuring company.
Unless otherwise stated in the listing, there is a standard 20% relist/restock fee on any approved return. S/H/I fees are not refundable.
