| Antique Rug hasn’t contacted me with instructions on how to pay. How do I pay for my rug? I purchased a few rugs. Can you combine the shipping together? Can I pick the rug up in person? Do you ship to Military addresses or PO Box's? What kind of credit cards do you accept? Antique Rug hasn’t contacted me with instructions on how to pay. We will contact winners within 1 hour of the close of the auction. This email will be sent to the email address used when bidding. The email is sent automatically to the address supplied by eBay in the winners Confirmation email. If it has been more than 24 hours after the auction has ended and you have not received payment instructions, please contact us. How do I pay for my rug? To submit payment you will need to access our Checkout page through the secure link supplied in the winning email. I purchased a few rugs. Can you combine the shipping together? Each rug is individually pre-packed and shipped from different facilities. In some cases we will try combining the order to efficiently track it. View details about our Shipping. Can I pick the rug up in person? I'm sorry, auction items may not be picked up in person. We ship from several different facilities. Do you ship to Military addresses or PO Box's?
