As a gentle reminder, since it charges watches by swings rather than turning, for very heavy and giant size of watches, this model may not be suitable.

If you often travel from country to country, in most cases other seller can only provide you a local adaptor, so your item will be useless when you are abroad. Unlike other seller, we concern your need, we preset the adaptor standard according to your shipping country, 110v to 240v, but if you have special request on it, you can simply email us for arrangement. You cannot find your adaptor here? We will send you the adaptor in right voltage and you just need an additional travellor adaptor to make it works!

How do we ship the item, do we offer local pick up?

We ship the item worldwide by airmail, generally within 2 working days after payment is cleared, the item should take around 10 to 21 business days to arrive you (varies from location and festivals, in most cases, it shouldn't take so long time). We do not offer local pick up.

We will only accept defective item returns within 7 days of receipt, and we will provide an item exchange, buyer is responsible for the shipment fee in sending the item to us.
