Refund will be given only to those winners who request insurance for lost or damaged items. Insurance claims must be accepted by the Post Office before refunds will be made. We do not refund any shipping charges.
Delivery confirmation is $.75. Insurance is extra and will calcuate at the end of the sale. If no insurance is paid from buyer there will be no refund for any reason. For those who wish NOT TO INSURE, once we drop off your item to the post office we no longer have any responsibility from that point foward.
