This auction is for the ceramic bisque santa. This piece measures about 16 1/2 x 12 1/2, and has been professionally cleaned and fired to cone 04. This is a beautiful piece to place around your house during the holiday season.
Insuring your item... ebay has removed the insurance option, if you wish to insure your item, please let me know, If I am sending your item parcel post or priority mail I can add the cost to your shipping price. I will not do this if I am not asked to do so. All Items sent fed ex are insured.

Local Pick Up Is Always Welcome

the only option is Priority mail international, I do charge extra for the extra materials to ship international packages. so please ask for an estimate. Please wait for your invoice, I try to estimate the weight as closely as I can. (WEIGHTS ARE ESTIMATES ONLYPlease understand sometimes it is not the weight of the item but the size of the box) I do not Ship UPS, which is the only option Ebay allows me to use,it does not give me a Fed Ex option. I ship all larger molds with via Fed Ex .Bisque I ship parcel post, fed ex or if possible flat rate. If you pay before you are invoiced and do not pay enough to cover the cost of shipping I can refuse payment, return your payment or ask you to send the additional postage due.(I would not ask you to pay my postage, please do not expect me to cover yours.). Please Remember Paypal Charges me when you pay for your item, they also take part of the shipping and handling fees. The handling fee is a fee I charge to cover the cost of the box, peanuts, bubble wrap. In most cases this cost is absorbed by Paypal. If you pay before you are invoiced I will refund over payments. If you do not pay enough I will now refund your payment or ask for the additional postage required to ship your item. This has just happened, so you can all thank that buyer. One buyer ruins it for everyone

Due to the fragile nature of bisque, I do not accept returns, Please do not let this scare you, I clean my bisque the way that I would want it cleaned for myself, I pack it the same way that I would want to receive it. If I make I mistake I will correct it at no additional cost to you. All I would need is proof of my mistake. My Ulitmate goal is your complete satisfaction. I have a 100% customer satisfaction so you can buy with confidence.
