Appears to have some years on it, but it has no identifying marks at all
Music it plays is quite pretty, but neither my wife nor I can identify the tune.

99.9% of the time, handling charges will be $2.00 or less, to cover cost of packing materials, boxes, gasoline to drive to post office, etc. On very rare occasions, such as a complicated multi-piece ceramic item that requires lots of time & material to pack it safely, that cost may be exceeded a little bit.
Normally I ship within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment; often the same day.
In most cases, insurance is recommended but not required on the sale. I do everything I can to pack and ship your item safely. I use lots of peanuts, cardboard, bubble wrap, etc. But I have no control over an item once it is given to the Post Office for delivery. See below under "Terms of Sale."
I will be happy to combine shipping for you on whatever I can. Since postal rates drop dramatically after the first pound, you can save a bundle this way.
For combined shipping, let me know before you check out, so I can invoice it all at once.
Most of the items I am selling in these auctions came from live auctions, estate sales, and so on. Even though a few of them are still in their manufacturors boxes, they are still "Used" and "As-Is" unless I specify differently.
We do not allow smoking in our home, but because in most cases we cannot vouch for the environment they came from, we cannot claim that they are completely smoke-free.
These items are stored in our home in SW Illinois, and shipped from here. I pack everything myself, and use lots of peanuts, bubblewrap, crushed newspaper, cardboard, and so forth. I do everything humanly possible, in other words, to ensure the safety of the items I sell. I want my customers to be happy with the items I sell. If I do a lousy job of packing, and things get broke because of that, I lose a good customer and risk my hard-won reputation. So I work hard to avoid that. With that said, however, I can not and will not be held liable for what happens to an item after it leaves my hands.
RETURNS
If there is a flaw of any kind in the item, I will describe it in the listing. If there is something wrong that I missed, then I would be happy to accept the item back, and refund your purchase and original shipping price, as long as it is returned to me in the same condition in which it went out. The following terms apply:
You must contact me within 3 days after the delivery date as recorded by the Post Office.
I will not accept an item for return and refund that was damaged in transit. If you purchased shipping insurance (see above), a claim needs to be filed. In most cases, you will need to retain all packing and shipping materials. If you did not purchase shipping insurance, there is nothing I can do.
Cost of shipping the item back to me is the responsibility of the purchaser.
