I package my items with exceptional care. Postal Authorities however, can be less than gentle and items occassionally arrive in disrepair through no fault of mine or of the purchaser.
I am not responsible for manhandling of items by post offices, however total insurance on the item(s) is included at $1.00 per item (as a deductible) upon sufficient proof of breakage.
My collection exceeds 150,000 in number and playing them all would be impossible, however, I do visually inspect every record and C.D. I sell prior to shipping for defects.
I am prepared to leave positive feedback on all transactions concluded and would hope any client of mine would do the same.
No vendor purposefully creates situations where negative feedback is an alternative. Any dispute can and should be discussed between the parties prior to submission of negative feedback.
