contemporary Brown leather loveseat & Couch sofa set

Up for sale is a love seat and Couch set purchased from American Signature less than 1 year ago.

I believe the couch retailed for $2500.00 and the loveseat for $2200.00.

They are all leather. (no Vinyl) They have a honey colored wooden feet. 

This is a great deal. We purchased them when were building our home. The reason for selling them is we too dark for our decor. We thought we would put them in our basement when finished but that will be a while.

Very contemporary but classic at the same time.

Condition:  They are in good condition except for some surface scratches and scuffs from our move and being stored. I think the surface scratches can be smoothed out with some kind of leather repair stuff. Note that they are scratches not tears.See Pictures

Local pickup only: located in Byron Center Michigan. 10 Minutes south of Grand Rapids.

Cash at pickup is preferred but Paypal is also accepted.

Sorry for the dust on them. They were stored so got a little dusty but will be clean on pickup.
