We do offer custom designs for parties, personal and business needs!

Buyer should give us the personalization if needed in the note section of your ebay invoice when you pay or by messaging us via ebay messaging.  Please include a reference item number so we can easily locate who you are. We respond to all messages within 24 hrs, so please make sure your answer your emails... so we can communicate with you if needed. We cannot do orders without receiving the information.  

Make sure you view our sizes and give correct spellings on personalization, because we will not exchange or refund on spelling issues unless it is our mistake! What you give us to print is what will be printed and once you send us personalization, you cannot change it.

   
Processing time is up to 4 business days…no weekends! Typical shipping time is 5-9 business days with processing. Shipping information will be sent to the “email address” listed on the paypal account that was used to remit payment, so please do not email and ask.

We do offer to upgrade to priority mail service 2-3 day delivery, the typical shipping time is 3-6 business days with processing time.

Items will ONLY be shipped to the confirmed address located on the items detail page. Make sure your information is current because WE WILL NOT SHIP TO ANY OTHER ADDRESS other than what is on the details page.
