You are bidding on a functionally and cosmetically perfect EVGA GeFORCE 7600 GT PCI-Express video card and S-Video-to-RGB adaptor cable.  You will not receive any software or drivers.  This card has been replaced as part of a routine computer upgrade and has been used in a cool, clean environment.  Fan noise is subjective, so your opinion may vary from mine, but I think that the fan on this card is noisy during computer startup.  It does settle down to a quiet steady state during use.  The video card and cable will arrive at your doorstep ready for installation.  Drivers are always available, free, from www.nvidia.com.
