Q:  How accurate is it?     If voice quality is good, calibration is done correctly, and eX-Sense is used correctly, you can achieve almost 100% accuracy.  Getting these results may take a little bit of practice.  You can increase your accuracy by repeating certain questions, or analyzing recorded phone calls or recordings.

Q:  I don't like downloads.  Can I order the CD?     You could, but you don't need it.   Having online registration eliminates the need for a physical CD.  This allows you to download immediately and then receive the activation code.  There is phone connection hardware that must be sent to you by post though.  This will arrive in 2-7 business days.

Q:  Can I put this on more than one computer?     Even if you had the CD, it would only allow you to activate this on one computer.  Additional licenses can be purchased for $59.99.
