Use it on a Woods Mow'n machine 6200 to maintain a constant charge when not using. Keeps the old battery charged and the mower starts quickly.
Mower is kept outside in all types of weather, Rain snow. Waterproof. Good seals on plug conect keeps dry. Has a 7.5amp inline safety fuse as other brands did not.

It's too short.
It does the job. I would be happier if the cord was longer on both sides of the unit. Also the pig tail from the battery is too short to be of much use. Good thing I was able to reuse the old one. I literally park my machines 6' from an outlet and this thing won't reach without an extension cord.

Cheaper than a new battery in spring
I have put this brand of charger on my lawn mower, motorcycle, and RV in the winter for many years. I've never had problems starting them in the spring. Keeps battery at full charge.

Good for maintaining your battery.
I barely drive my car. It wouldn't start and I had to get it jumped. It has a fairly new battery and when I had it tested they said it was only 1/2 charged. The auto store guy said I needed a trickle charger if I wasn't going to drive it. I found out that tickle chargers can overcharge your battery and a float charger won't. Good float charger.
I have only had the charger on a vehicle for a week but it appears to be working as designed. I put it on a diesel vehicle pickup truck because diesel is too expensive right now. I mat not drive the truck for months. I did not want the dual battery system to get ran down. I just needed a charger that would keep the batteries at full charge without overcharging. This system appears to do that.
