A 15% restocking fee applies to this product.  If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery of your order.  The item(s) must be in a new condition, including original packaging, parts and paperwork. Orders returned in a new, ready-to-sell condition will receive a refund, less a 15% restocking fee and excluding any shipping costs.  Auto Upgrade does not accept returns of used items or items returned more than 14 days after delivery.  If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or if you would like to return the product due to our error, just email us with your eBay item number and reason for the return and we will provide a pre-paid shipping label to return the product.  A 15% restocking fee does not apply to these situations. A 15% restocking fee will apply.  International orders can only be returned if the item is defective.
