This makes the kit removable in the event the rider wants to return his bike back to its stock form for hunting or other less demanding activities requiring an ATV. Once installed this Lift Kit will raise the ATV a full 5-6" (depending on which kit) gaining valuable ground and fender clearance in the process. To offset this rise in center of gravity, the kit also widens the bike by 2-3" to make the ATV less prone to rollover. At the heart of the Gorilla Lift Kit is, of course, the Gorilla Axles which make the whole lift possible. The Gorilla Axles featured in the kit are designed to withstand the angle necessary for the kit to work and still handle the load of high horsepower engines with super aggressive tires. Like the stock length Gorilla Axles, these extended Gorilla Axles are made up of 4340 chromoly which is then cryogenically treated to ensure its absolute durability for these harsh applications. All lift components and Gorilla Axles are machined for an exact fit with little or no modifications to the ATV needed.
