Signature confirmation can be added to each item for an additional $2. We will not be responsible for packages released at front porches or at front doors. Please note that if you are not available, some carriers will leave the package around your house without your consent.

If you provide us with an incorrect address for truck freight shipments, you will be liable for any additional charges outside of original quoted rate. Any shipping quotes are valid for one week.

Please allow 1-2 business days after payment has been received for handling ground items, and 2-4 business days for freight items. We require the prepaid bill of lading before any freight pickups take place, which must be approved by the freight carrier.

All returned items that are found functional will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. We will not pay to have your item shipped back to us unless it is damaged in shipping or found defective.
