Payment

Indiana sales tax will be applied to all Indiana resident sales or pick ups. Payments are to be completed within 3 days of the purchase or close of auction. If payment is not received within 3 days the item will be resold.

Shipping

USA SHIPPING -Because some items are in a warehouse and some are in stock Handling time will very from 1 to 5 business days from the date of the confirmed payment is completed. -Rates for APO, FPO, and other US location other then the lower 48 might require additional shipping -Shipping will based on a fixed cost you may receive the item via USPS or UPS as we see fit. -If you want faster shipping it can be done at additional cost contact us at 317-873-5502 to see how we can help you. OVERSEAS SHIPPING PLEASE READ -We will ship overseas using USPS up to $100.00 the buyer would be responsable for all fees to get the parts from his local postal service. -Items over $100.00 will be sent using UPS due to the rules of PayPal.

Terms of Sale

All new parts, gear and apparel come with a manufactures warranty. All used parts have fit guaranty, meaning that the year of the bike that is stated in the listing is the year it fits. We do list other years that it will also fit, if your bike is anything different than what we have listed. It is your responsibility to cross reference it and the guaranty will not apply in that situation.

Indy Motorcycle and ATV Helping to Provide the Ride of a Lifetime We are an Indiana based company providing gear, apparel and new and used parts to the motorcycle and ATV enthusiasts. My wife and I run the company with participation from our 3 kids. If you need something faster please contact me. Also, if you are looking for something specific send me an email. Just because we don?t have it in stock doesn?t mean we can?t get it. Used parts are removed from operational and tested bikes and ATVs. Used parts do not have any warranty. If a used part has any known defect it will be listed but realize these are Used Parts and will show signs of use based on the age of the part. Currently we only ship to the USA only. If for any reasonable reason you are not satisfied please contact us we want to come to a solution to get you back on the dirt.
