All items will usually ship in 1-3 business days unless specified otherwise.

• All shipments to lower 48 states made via UPS
• PR, AK and HI will be shipped US mail
• Insurance can be added at check out
• No shipments to PO boxes

All international orders will be shipped via US Priority Mail. Most US Priority Mail orders take 6-10 business days for delivery. Please allow 1-2 business days for item to ship.
The buyer assumes all responsibility for any tariffs, duty or customs fees that may accrue. We do not determine these fees nor are we responsible for them.

We offer combined shipping to save you money and time. Some items are already set up for combined shipping but others may not be. If you don't see the combined shipping cost just follow the simple steps below.

Payment Options:

We accept all major credit cards along with Pay Pal, check and money order.
If you wish to pay by credit card please call our toll free 800-343-8329.
Items paid for with a personal check will be shipped once the funds are cleared. This usually takes from 7 to 10 business days. Items paid with money order will ship once it is received.
All international orders must be paid for with credit card or through Pay Pal.
We will not accept personal checks or money order from outside the US.

Refund Policy:

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in salable condition in order to receive credit or exchange. In order to receive a refund or exchange one or more of the criteria below must be met:
We will not refund any items that have been used.

• If you are not happy with your item you may return it for a refund at your own cost unless the item was damaged or defective upon delivery..
• If the item is damaged upon delivery, we will file a claim for the item with the shipper and send you a new one.
• If the item has been used we, we will not issue a refund.
• A 10% Restocking Fee will be applied if the item been taken out of shrink wrap

Salable condition is defined as:

• Any items that can be resold
• The item must be in good or new condition.
• The item must not have been applied to the vehicle.
• The red tape on the adhesive backing must not have been removed, or breached.

Mark "Ebay" and item number on the box as this will speed up the process of your return or exchange. Once the product has been inspected and approved, a refund less shipping fees will be furnished according to the method of payment.

Warranty:

Quality Auto Accessories, Inc. warranties all of its Rocker Panel kits and Window Packages against defects in materials and workmanship, under normal and intended use, for the length of original ownership. QAA will repair or replace any defective items on those trim kits that were properly installed as outlined in QAA’s published installation instructions included with each kit. QAA’s maximum liability shall not exceed the original charges. The warranty does not cover damaged due to misuse, or collision, or negligence. The warranty excludes all damages from mishap during other-than-normal driving conditions including off-road use. The warranty is also void if product has been modified or altered in any respect from its original design without written authorization from Quality Automotive Accessories, Inc.
