It's a pleasure to drive with RESPONSIVE ACCELERATION, SMOOTH SHIFTS, and GREAT HANDLING!! The FOUR WHEEL DRIVE is great for those times life takes you off the beaten path! It's LOADED UP with LEATHER, POWER LOCKS, WINDOWS, & MIRRORS, DUAL CLIMATE CONTROL, BOSE AM/FM/XM 6 DISC CD CHANGER, & MORE!! We did find evidence this truck has been repainted, but the quality and match is excellent! The only real picks are a few scuffs and scratches, and chips on the hood, but overall, this truck is NICE! Notice to Bidders: 
  • All sales transactions must be completed within 5 days of auction close.   
  •  A $500 deposit is required to end an auction or to hold a car or truck and a $1,000 deposit is required to end an auction or to hold a boat or RV and prevent purchase from anyone else.  However, please understand that if you cannot complete the purchase, American Auto Brokers will keep your $500 or $1,000 as a re-stocking fee.  Your deposit is only refundable upon full payment.
  • We can accept VISA and MASTERCARD for your holding fee ONLY.
  • We do guarantee clean and clear titles for all vehicles unless otherwise disclosed in the listing.  The State of Texas allows licensed dealers up to 21 days to produce a clean and clear title.  A temporary tag will be given to each buyer until the title is sent to you.  All titles are mailed out with tracking numbers and we are happy to provide that for you so you can track the status of your title delivery.

Out of State Buyers
Out of state buyers are not charged Vehicle Sales tax or license fees. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state. All buyers will be charged a Dealer Inventory Tax, $45 Title and a $99.50 Documentary fee, $363 Dealer Prep fee. American Auto Brokers will pass on to the customer any specific fees charged by their respective state to complete the transaction such as special title or paperwork requirements.

Out of Country Buyers
All Out of Country Buyers are not charged Vehicle Sales tax or license fees.  The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their state/province.  All buyers will be charged a Dealer Inventory Tax, $45 Title and a $99.50 Documentary fee, $363 Dealer Prep fee and $55.50 that will cover postage and a state inspection.

Texas Buyers
Texas buyers registering in Texas will be charged state and local taxes, which include a $45.00 title fee and license registration, Dealer Inventory Tax, a $99.50 Documentary fee, $363 Dealer Prep fee and $55.50 to cover postage and a state inspection. There is also a TEXAS fee for all DIESEL engine vehicles that require us to collect a fee that is equal to 1% of the sale price for all diesel engine vehicles registered in TEXAS.    From time to time our titles are in transit however, the State of Texas does allow 21 working days in which to produce a clean and clear title.

Dealer Inventory Tax is calculated as follows:  Sale price x .002258  For example $10,000 x .002258 = $22.58

Any vehicle sold that is older than 10 years and/or have more than 100,000 miles will be sold as miles exempt.

All obligations pursuant to this contract shall be performable in Bexar County, Texas. The vehicle shall be delivered F.O.B. in Bexar County, Texas and all obligations of Purchaser to pay for the vehicle shall be payable in Bexar County, Texas.

It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceedings will be in conducted in Bexar County, Texas.

Miles posted in this listing may vary due to local test driving, in-transit repairs, or road testing.

Deposit
We require a $500 deposit for cars and $1,000 for boats and RV's immediately.  This will only be REFUNDED back upon full payment, so please do not include it when calculating your balance. We accept VISA and MASTERCARD for deposits/holding fees only!
