Damaged Items:
If your package should arrive damaged during delivery please contact us immediately to set up a claim. The sooner you can contact us the sooner we will be able to get you a replacement for the damaged item.

All international orders will be shipped via US mail.
We offer either:
1. Express(3-5 days)
2. Parcel Post (4-10 days)
Buyer will assume responsibility for any additional tariffs that may incur.
Combined Shipping:
If you buy more than 1 item from us, we will gladly combine shipping cost for you.
Once you have made your selections and submitted your order, do not pay for your items immediately. We will send you the adjusted invoice to reflect combined shipping cost.

We accept all major credit cards, Pay Pal, check and money order.
If you wish to pay by credit card please call our toll free 800-343-8329.
Items paid for with a personal check will be shipped once the funds are cleared. This usually takes from 7 to 10 business days. Items paid with money order will ship once it is received.
All international orders must be paid for with credit card or through Pay Pal.
We will not accept personal checks or money order from outside the US.

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
All returns must be in salable condition in order to receive credit or exchange.
In order to receive a refund or exchange one or more of the criteria below must be met:
We will not refund any items that have been used.
- If you are not happy with your item you may return it for a refund at your own cost unless the item was damaged or defective upon delivery..
- If the item is damaged upon delivery, we will file a claim for the item with the shipper and send you a new one.
- If the item has been used we, we will not issue a refund.
- A 10% Restocking Fee will be applied if the item been taken out of shrink wrap
Salable condition is defined as:
- Any items that can be resold
- The item must be in good or new condition.
- The item must not have been applied to the vehicle.
- The red tape on the adhesive backing must not have been removed, or breached.
Mark "Ebay" and item number on the box as this will speed up the process of your return or exchange. Once the product has been inspected and approved, a refund less shipping fees will be furnished according to the method of payment.

Quality Auto Accessories, Inc. warranties all of its Rocker Panel kits and Pillar Posts against defects in materials and workmanship, under normal and intended use, for the length of original ownership. QAA will repair or replace any defective items on those trim kits that were properly installed as outlined in QAA’s published installation instructions included with each kit. QAA’s maximum liability shall not exceed the original charges. The warranty does not cover damaged due to misuse, or collision, or negligence. The warranty excludes all damages from mishap during other-than-normal driving conditions including off-road use. The warranty is also void if product has been modified or altered in any respect from its original design without written authorization from Quality Automotive Accessories, Inc.
