The successful bidder is to contact our office at 949.722.7121 within 24 hours of auction end. If the end of the auction falls on a weekend or holiday, the next business day will be fine. At that time, we require a non-refundable $2000.00 deposit within the same 24 hour timeframe. If these terms are not met, will result in relisting the auction or selling the car to the next highest bidder.

Within 72 hours of auction end the balance of the amount due must be received. Payments accepted are bank wire transfer only. If you are unable to bank wire transfer funds, then a cashiers check, an official bank check or certified funds will be ok once we verifiy with the bank that drafted the check.

Please understand that with our pictures, our description and communication via email and telephone we do our best to fully explain the vehicle listed. We welcome pre-purchase inspections and if you need help, we are more than happy to have the car taken to a local repair facility for you.

The vehicle is listed locally for sale, so please don't wait until the end of the auction to bid. We reserve the right to end the auction early should the vehicle sell. We reserve the right to cancel any bid at any time.

All out of state buyers are responsible for the registration of the vehicle and diligence to find out what their state requires for registration and titling of the vehicle.

You are bidding/buying a pre-owned vehicle. When we get our vehicles, we do not get all of the keys, books, headphones, navigation disc's, etc. We will be happy to assist you with getting these accessories, at your expense.
