This description is for a lightly used, authentic and original equipment, (not a burnt version of the OE) MB-NAVTECH, COMAND Navigation System-Digital Road Map DVD package for North America. (U.S & Canada-maps do not cover all areas or all routes within an area)

This DVD appears to be in excellent physical condition, without any damage or crack. Generally some minor surface blemish / scuff marks exist, because of its light prior use. However, this DVD is free of any significant (performance impairing) scratch/scrapes.

On very seldom occasions, we (the seller only) may elect to accept returns on certain items on a  goodwill basis, even though the mistake in purchasing being entirely that of the buyer. Upon such pre-arranged agreement, the buyer will be charged a re-stocking fee of 20% plus all S&H charges, provided that the merchandise is returned within 7 days from its receipt, in its original shipped/delivered condition.

We reserve the right to cancel any bids and/or end any auction early, within the eBay accepted rules and guidelines.

Shipping & Handling: We will ship your order as soon as your payment is received and cleared (usually on the same day or the next business day-we do not ship on Sundays or any other national holidays). 

Domestic shipping: Unless stated otherwise, we will only ship via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation (within the 50 states of the U.S and recognized territories). We package all our products very diligently, very carefully and very generously in bubble wrap to ensure safe shipment to their destinations. Our charge for a "nominal" service fee, professional packaging, shipping and handling (S&H) is set at a flat: $5.00 (insurance is the buyer's responsibility and starts at an extra $2.50 or higher, depending on the final selling value).

There is no refund on any portion of these charges. In the case of any return, the product must be repatriated in this original condition with all return shipping & handling charges, being the buyer's sole responsibility. We do not accept or assume any responsibility for items which may get lost / damaged / stolen / abandoned / unclaimed, in the shipping process. If in doubt, please consider purchasing shipping insurance. A surcharge equal to or greater than our stated minimum S&H charges, may apply to requests for overnight shipping via FedEx, UPS or other (none USPS) courier services. 

International shipping: Unless stated otherwise, we will only ship via U.S. Postal Services "Global Express" or "Registered" airmail service. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to certain countries (please check for availability and rates, prior to bidding). International S&H charges can be substantially more expensive than the said domestic charges.

Payments: We prefer PayPal payments (e-check payments through PayPal must clear prior to shipment) from "verified" members and/or from "confirmed" addresses. Otherwise, we may require additional information prior to shipment and/or a signature will be requested upon delivery (which may cause a slight delay in your shipment).
