This listing is for a 2008 Ford Escape left hand headlight assembly complete with the bulbs. It is a Ford original part. It might fit a 2009 but I do not know for sure. It may also fit a Mazda but not sure. I also have the right hand light assembly in another listing.

BL8413005A May be the part number that is on a sticker on the back of the light.
