Free Registration documentation: We provide a complete registration paper work that includes MSO (Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin), Bill of Sale and Odometer Disclosure Statement which will be required for registration at your local Dept. of Motor Vehicles. The Registration paper work is such an important document and is not supposed to be shipped with the scooter, it will be mailed to you after you receive your scooter and submit the MSO Request Form to us. Registration paper work generally requires 2 ~ 3 days to process after we receive your complete MSO Request Form.

Assembly: Comes 95% assembled. Mirrors, front tire, windshield, battery set up and minor adjustments may be required.  Anyone who has some mechanical knowledge can uncrate this scooter and get it up and running within an hour. Be sure to tighten all screws, check for appropriate levels of engine fluid and fully charge battery prior to operation. Warranty is valid straight from the box. 

Warranty: The warranty period on this motorcycles is for 12 months parts and shipping, and 12 months limited labor. Labor coverage details can be found thru "About Me" page. Buyers are required to possess general maintenance and basic repair skills such as using general hand tools, removing & replacing nuts & bolts, replacing light bulbs, filters, fluids, etc.. After the warranty periods have expired, you are responsible for the costs of parts and shipping unless the extended warranty is purchased. The warranty is effective only if:

• The product is used under normal conditions for its intended purpose;
• The product receives all necessary maintenance and adjustments.

As with most motor vehicle warranties, certain conditions, exclusions and limitations apply. Common warranty exclusions include but are not limited to: 1) Standard wear and tear items such as seats, filters, hoses, spark plugs, tires, brakes, batteries, light bulbs, remote starters, alarms; 2) Vehicle used for extreme riding, racing or competition; 3) Damage from collision or accident; 4) Vehicles driven by unqualified operators; 5) Unauthorized third party repair;  6) Electrical problems relating to remote and alarm system. Damage Policy: All of our vehicles pass a rigorous 36 point inspection before shipment to insure that they are completely functional and free of any damage. Therefore any damage to the vehicle or to the packaging that occurs was due to improper shipping process. Since all orders are shipped via third party LTL trucking company, shipping insurance is required at time of purchase to protect your investment against shipping loss or damage which may occur during transit. Shipping insurance will protect you in the event of a lost shipment and a replacement vehicle will be shipped to you with no additional cost. You will also be protected against shipping damage(s), if your vehicle is damaged there are 2 solutions: 1) if the damage is simply a few scratches or cracked plastic part(s), you can accept it and we'll file a claim with the trucking company on your behalf to recover the damage and send you replacement parts free of charge after we receive your complete supporting documents for the claim. Please be sure to inspect the bike thoroughly BEFORE signing the delivery receipt. Any damages or missing parts MUST be noted on the delivery receipt and have the driver sign in acknowledgement, you must notify us within 2 days of delivery. All required supporting documents such as delivery receipt, digital pictures and description of damage(s) must be received within 3 days via fax or email. Failure to do so may cause your claim to be denied by the trucking company and you will have to pay for the replacement parts. Please save all original packaging material in case the shipping company exercises their right for inspection. Our trained and experienced customer service representatives are available to assist and resolve any shipping claims based on your complete supporting documents. 2) If you believe that the vehicle has more than just cosmetic damages and is totally destroyed during transit, you must take pictures of damages and call us immediately to confirm the fact with us before you decide to refuse delivery. Otherwise you will be responsible for return shipping costs plus a 30% restocking fee and/or all costs of shipping out a new vehicle. If you refuse delivery due to damage and is returned to us for a replacement vehicle, upon inspection at the shipper and the damages are purely cosmetic and no structural or mechanical damages are found, the vehicle will be repaired and shipped back to you at your expense. Any refunds on non-repairable or lost vehicles will be refunded once the claim is settled. Any chargeback on payment will be subject to a $75.00 chargeback fee, interest, and attorney and court fees. Buyers fully accept all responsibilities in regards to any financial or time loss which may occur due to this transaction.

Return Policy: We offer a 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE for your vehicle, please notify us in writing within 2 days of receiving your vehicle, and we will issue you a full refund for the vehicle. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process a refund after we receive the returned vehicle. A 4% merchant fee will be deducted from your refund if you paid with a credit card or an instant transfer via Paypal. All items are brand new sealed in manufacturer's packaging, there are absolutely no refunds or returns/exchanges allowed for any items that are assembled, used or fueled for any reason as the vehicle would be considered used. You are responsible for:

• Returning the product in new, resalable condition. It must arrive unused in its original packaging, complete with all accessories and user manuals. If any original parts, accessories, documentation or packaging are used, damaged or missing, you will be charged a 30% restocking fee.

• Paying all costs for return shipping. Since you are also responsible for any damage that may occur during the return shipping process, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund if the vehicle is shipped back damaged.

• You must contact us prior to returning any items. Any item returned without our approval will be refused and returned to you.

• No return or exchange for local pickups.

We use a third party LTL trucking company to delivery your vehicle, orders may NOT be cancelled or refused on the basis of extended transit schedules since we have no control over the shipping company. You may cancel your order if the vehicle has NOT been shipped within 14 business days after you pay, and you will be charged a 10% cancellation fee. If for ANY reason that you choose to cancel your order once it has been shipped or refuse to accept the delivery if there was no structural damages beyond repair, you agree to pay for all shipping costs to and from our warehouse plus a 30% restocking fee, no exceptions. A full or partial refund will be issued within 7 business days after we authorize a cancellation.
