For non-continental States such as Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, APO etc. you need to contact us via e-mail to find out how much the shipping cost is.
We ship daily WORLDWIDE as well, and the shipping cost must be required by e-mail.

Free Shipping Offer: “Free Shipping” is an offer ONLY for purchases that will be shipped to one of THE 48 USA CONTINENTAL STATES.
If for any reason you buy a “free shipping” item and want it be shipped out of the 48 continental States, you must contact us via e-mail to find out how much shipping cost you have to pay. Any “free shipping” item will not be shipped out of the USA 48 continental States without the corresponding shipping payment.
Any change to the shipping conditions sated in the ad, will have an extra payment calculated depending on your requirement.
When“free Shipping” item is returned some fee could apply (like 25% of restocking fee), please refer to “Return Exchange Policy Reasons” to find out more about it.
Combined Shipping for multiple items: Combined shipping apply only for shipping into the USA 48 continental States and Canada when more than 1 item is won or bought and we are able to ship them in one package. You will pay the 100% of the first shipping (always the most expensive) and 50% off for any additional item. If we ship more than three auctions in one package, the shipping for the fourth item and up will be free. We have the right to decide if all the items bought are able to be shipped in one package based on carrier rules packaging and our experience in this subject.

We have no liability for any package delivered at a wrong address or if lost.
In the case that you receive the product damaged because of carrier negligence you must to send a picture of the damage via e-mail and we will open a claim to the corresponding carrier. This claim could take up to 3 weeks to be resolved. Your damage parts will be shipped again once we have received the resolution of the claim.
Return Exchange Policy Reasons: Customer is responsible for any shipping cost because of the returning or exchanging process.
Before any return or exchange process you have to contact us with the reasons of your claim, and some information including pictures will be asked. After all information is considered we will issue an RA number.
If your item is received defective or an incorrect item was shipped we will take care of the shipping cost. If we do not have the correct part in stock we will credit you back the full payment amount as long as we receive the parts in the original condition that was sent. No returns will be accepted after 15 business days of the delivered package date.
All products returned for “defective or incorrect item shipped” reason must be returned in the same condition (never installed, with the corresponding bag and box) as you have received it. If after inspection we prove that the item was not defective or was not returned in the same condition we have the right to charge 15% of the total of purchase.
If you want to return the item for refund just because you don’t want it anymore or any other different reason than defective or incorrect shipped, you must have to pay the return shipping cost. We recommend that you keep the tracking number as a proof of delivery because we are not responsible for package lost and product damaged during the return process. Once we receive the parts and they are inspected and approved a refund will be issue during the next business 7 days for the amount that you have paid minus a restocking fee as follows:
- Item that shipping cost was paid will be refunded the payment minus shipping cost and 15% of restocking fee of the part cost.
- Item with “free shipping” will be refunded the payment minus 25% of restocking fee.
Any refund will be done upon the rules of the company where you have done your payment.
Warranty: Warranty will not be applied to items installed on vehicles used for racing or offroad, commercially, or modified from the standard suspension.
Any part without a professional proof installation, or used in a different manner or application for which it was designed will not qualify for warranty claim.
To claim warranty:
1) Send your purchase/payment information via e-mail (include invoice, Transaction ID or receipt ID)
2) RA# will be issued.
3) Send parts to be inspected (follow instruction given when RA# is issued)
4) Once we receive the parts we have up to one week to have the parts inspected
5) If you warranty is approved, refer to the next step. If not we will contact you with an explanation.
4) Pay shipping cost of the new parts to our Pay Pal account (tab "send money").
5) If you want the new part to be sent right away, you have to buy the item you need. After we receive the faulty ones and once approved we will refund the part cost of the item, not including shipping.
Disclaimer: If our parts worn-out or fail for any reason we have no liability for any expenses incurred because of it. No expenses for towing charges, legal fees and cost, rental cars, labor cost, among others expenses that could be consequence of a worn-out or failed part will be considered our responsibilities.
We are only responsible for providing a new replacement part when the situation under our policy indicates that we have to do it.
