How to calculate combine shipping cost: First, you pick the highest shipping cost of all the items you purchased and then add each item (additional Item shipping cost) to the highest shipping cost and you will get your total combine shipping cost. -We will ship most of our items within 24 hours(business days) and most of our items will take an
 average of 2-4 business days to be delivered within U.S states. Please email us if you need Express
 Shipping(1 to 2 business days delivered). Buyer must pay $15 more for express delivery.
-International shipments should take 5-12 business days on average.(Normal Delivery) If examine by
 custom then might take a little longer but don't worry will arrived safe cause we packing well.
-Please email us if you need International Express Shipping(3-5 business days delivered). Buyer must
 pay $25 to $35 more for express delivery. (Spain, Italy, China etc..most likely examine by custom) 
-If you did not receive your U.S. tracking number through email, please send us an email to request
 a tracking number. Tracking number will show ship out date and will update again when delivered.
-We don't offer free tracking for international buyers. You can email us to request a custom number.

Exchange & Refund

-Our refund policy is very clear and simple. If you don't like it, just return it to us with no questions
 ask. We offer up to 60 days warranty(Best among our competitor's).

-All shipping fee, handling fee and insurance are non refundable for any situations. (no exception)

-To receive a full refund(purchase amount). Items must in their riginal packaging and with no external
 damage. Buyers must email us within 14 days from purchase date.(refund as money back to your
 paypal or credit card account). Customer is responsible for any shipping fees. 

-If request past 14 days from purchase date, 15% restocking fee will be applied. (exchange only)
 Customer is responsible for both ways shipping fee. (no exception)

-All exchange or refund, buyer have 10 days from the requested date to ship back the package. We
 have the right to refuse any refund or exchange if not received during this period. 

-Install carefully, we will not be responsible for any products damaged by customer during installation.
