TIRE AND WHEEL AVAILABILITY: Some tire and/or wheel packages may take 1-2 business days extra to process. In some cases they may take longer. *Note this ONLY applies to Tire Packages*. Also sometimes a tire or wheel may become unavailable due to local sales. In such cases we will provide with a refund. We will notify you of any changes and will only send you another brand of tires with your written consent.

RETURNS & REFUNDS: You must call to make arrangements for return at (877) 544-TIRE (8473). The purchaser’s name must be written clearly on the Package/Label as the sender. Tires and/or wheels must not have been driven on or mounted on a vehicle (See Below). All merchandise must be properly packaged. Packing material is available upon request (See Below). We do not advise shipping return items via the USPS (United States Post Office). For your protection, it is recommended that the merchandise be insured during shipping. Please make sure our return address is clearly written on the package and the label.
NOTE: Once your refund is issued by us your financial institution will be in control of your refund. In the event that you do not receive your refund in a timely manner, please contact your financial institution.

DETERMINING YOUR REFUND:
TIRES: We provide you credit less all shipping charges. All tires must be in new condition, never have been mounted and not driven on. Please ensure all items are securely fastened for proper refund credit (See Below).

WHEELS: We provide you credit less all shipping charges. All wheels must be in new condition, never have been mounted and not driven on. All lugs, valve stems, hub centers or other supplemental items shipped with your wheels must be included in the returned items. Please ensure all wheels and supplemental items are securely fastened for proper refund credit (See Below).

TIRE & WHEEL PACKAGES: We provide you credit less all shipping charges. All wheels and tires must be in new condition and never have been driven on. Full credit will be issued if any of the following conditions are met:
1. The wrong merchandise is shipped.
2. The merchandise is damaged during shipping.
3. The merchandise is defective.
4. The merchandise does not properly fit your vehicle and fitment was provided by D&T.
Full credit will NOT be issued due to customer improper packaging. You must ensure that you properly package all return items to protect throughout course of shipping. During shipping, items are handled harshly and can result in damage. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that return packaging is adequate to ensure receipt by us inacceptable conditions as described above. We will not even accept a damaged package returned by a customer. All products remain property of the customer until accepted by D&T.

INSURANCE: Insurance is optional, but if your item is lost and you do not purchase the optional insurance you will be liable for any items lost. You will only be refunded the amount covered by UPS for lost packages. We will not require insurance but strongly suggest that you purchase insurance for any tire valued over $100 dollars.
