All items sold by us are cover by manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defect. For tires, the warranty will be apply against unused potion or remaining tread of the tires. The warranty does not include shipping charges.

2. Shipping from you to us - $120.00 or you pay at shipping point.
3. Preparation fees for the item to be resale - $60.00 (for wheels and tires package only)
4. Restocking fees - 20% of BIN price.
5. Returns Authorization number (RMA) - All return must be accompanying by RMA number. The number must be clearly mark on at least 3 outside surface of return box. We will not accept any return with no RMA number. You can get RMA number from our customer service department at customerservice@bestwheel.com
6. Conditions - All item return must be in brand new condition, never been use. We do not accept return of used item. Driving the tires from inside to outside your garage is consider use.
7. Packaging - All return MUST be package the same way they are received, with all packaging materials and original box. We will not accept any return that are not package in proper way and in the original box.
8. Return Shipping insurance - please ensure all returns are ship with adequate shipping insurance. We are not and will not be responsible for damages to any goods return to us damage.
