    other charges other than the price of the product. refund will only
    be issued after the product is received from the buyer and has passed
    the manufacturer's inspection. The buyer must contact the seller
    within 2 working days after receiving the product about any defect or

    longer available, we can only credit you for the 1 wheel that has the
    defect but not the other 3 non-defective wheels. The buyer is
    responsible for all return and replacement shipping charges. The
    seller or manufacturer is not responsible for your lost of time or
